“Very pleased with our stay, from inquiring until checkout Mark was very responsive and kind. As mention before the area is sketchy but it was very quiet and I didn’t feel concerned or scared. Home was clean and EXTREMELY SPACIOUS. Never found a rental so big for near that price. I will add that there is no carpet or rugs anywhere in the home so bring socks or slippers. “This is a spacious, well-located townhome with a great view of Lake Ray Hubbard. It’s close to shopping, dining, and other conveniences, which made it a solid base for our trip. We also appreciated the variety of activities—board games, a video arcade, and corn hole were big hits with our group.That said, the property could benefit from more attention to detail. We arrived to find it needed both interior and exterior cleaning, and we ended up replacing the propane and fixing the grill burners……

“Upon arrival to our VRBO, the host greeted us and was very welcoming and accommodating, even with our very late check-in. As we settled in, our group of 4 noticed the pull-out couch was well-loved and not quite what we had expected. We found an air mattress in the closet as well but it unfortunately had holes in it. Once we moved the topper from the bed to the pull-out, it was very comfortable. The host was also prompt in offering to get another air mattress and frequently checked-in to make……

“Overall the stay was great. Plenty of room and we loved the heated pool. The only things we had issues with were no bedding for the foldout sofa beds and the kitchen needs to be better stocked, i.e. can opener, pizza cutter. I know there were some other things but can’t remember right now. ”
