“We had a group of 9 people with plenty of space and places to sleep. The amenities were more than enough to sit back and relax without even leaving the house! It is even in close proximity to go out without long travel times. The game room made great time and memories, along with the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Highly recommend for those trying to stay in the Dallas area.”

“The home is nice and in a nice neighborhood. There is some upkeep to the property that is needed. I had to fix the toilet seat as it was ready to slide off, there are no kitchen towels or dishrags to use. The coffee pot and machine had mold in it, yuck. the drawers are falling out of the cabinets. I would have someone get the hot tub ready for the guests arrival, rather then the guest having to call and be walked through the set up. The pool could not be used because it was so dirty. I've stayed……

“We rented this property for our 30 year college reunion and the whole process of checking in was very smooth. Everything was communicated clearly and property was well managed.One suggestion is to have enough seating arrangement in the backyard to accommodate all 16 guests. Guest were standing around or sitting by the fireplace as no more chairs were available.Overall excellent property for nice quite get-togethers with enough room for everyone to share.Will stay again for sure.”

“We had a great time on our annual spring break trip with friends. The home is very unique, and very large - we didn't even use some of the spaces! The quality of appliances/furniture/build are all very high. Communication with management was extremely easy. Indoor pool was pretty unique as well. Would recommend”
