“Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”

“This property was perfect for a vacation with our adult children & partners. We were looking for a place for the six of us to stay while we visited the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. This property allowed us to enjoy time together not only in Cooperstown but also out on the water, fishing from the dock, playing in the game room, watching movies and cooking meals. “This property was just right for us and our family. Coffee on the front porch in the mornings and cocktails while watching the sunset was just what we needed! The water entry is mucky, so I recommend bringing water shoes. We did a lot of floating on floats (which we brought), and enjoying the kayaks and paddle boards (which were provided). We had a great time!”

“We stayed at the house for 3 days - a reunion of 12 old friends (in every sense!) Our host could not have been more accomodating; the house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we could want. Lovely outdoor space and very spacious indoor space. We all had our own space and privacy too. I highly recommend this home.”

“We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!”

“This estate was perfect for us. Less than 5 minutes from dreams park. So many bedrooms it fit our party very comfortably. Julie and her husband really bailed us out. Our previous host double booked us and canceled 36hours before check in. We got ahold of julie who was able to get everything ready for us within 24h of our trip. We are very appreciative of all the effort that went into it. The hot tub was great for our kids. There was a fire pit on site and there is a separate company who stocks……
