“Our family, including 3 children, had a relaxing stay at the farm house. The kids loved visiting with the horses, which you could see right from the kitchen window. The house was well organized to find everything you needed (kitchenware/bath supplies) to feel at home. “We had an amazing stay at this farmhouse while our sons played at Dreams Park. Three families and some sideline siblings all stayed here comfortably with plenty of room to play outside and for everyone to spread out. The house was well stocked and the owner was very responsive. This was the most updated place we could find in the area and it was well worth it!”

“This house was incredible for our stay. Our kids played at Dreams Park and this house was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Furniture was nice quality, the beds were comfortable, pool was amazing, and the scenery of rural NY was breathtaking. Coupled together with a good performance by our baseball team, it really was a dream trip. If you are going to Dreams Park or are just visiting Cooperstown, this house will not disappoint. I would rank it even higher if I could. ”

“We had a great stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and also had a lot of proactive communication and gestures. We’d mentioned we were getting in late, and wonderful and thoughtful accommodations were made for that. We loved the puzzles & puzzle board, since it rained. Lots of kids books and legos, too. The kitchen was clean and well stocked! Would recommend or return, hopefully for a longer and more dry time. The ONLY downside to me was the NY-23 traffic noise from the front,……

“The farmhouse is absolutely adorable. It has been fully restored and is very comfortable. It has all the modern conveniences you could ask for. “The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few……
