“Hotel doing a good job with coach parties making it busy”

“清潔舒適，唯酒店能提供的泊車位不多，需付£10泊在另外的位置，雖然距離只有2分鐘步程，但要把車子停泊在酒店範圍之外，汽車防盜問題，令人有點擔心”

“Perfect base for Inverness. Just the basics but close to station, shops, dining and the pizza was delicious from downstairs. ”

“房间太小了。家庭房，把沙发床打开后，基本就把房间占满了，比图片宣传的空间要小。房间很干净，早餐随选择不多，但准备的很用心。服务人员耐心热情。入住退房都很快捷。紧邻购物中心，加油购物吃饭都很方便，不必去市区。”

“Pro: A beautiful historic building with a grand stair entrance and sky lights. Some rooms even have bed canopies. Comfortable bed, warm water and heating that you can adjust not much to complain about. Loved the contactless check in. Private showers, linen and towels included as well as free parking. Access to a shared full kitchen. Con: The building is beautiful but old and in need of some upkeep. It is a bit disheartening to see that some of the fixes had a strong DIY feel. ”

“Good: 1. Location is in main area. Just to find the room is little tricky as no board. 2. Room iscomfortable. 1 double bed, 1 single bed room. 3. Nice breakfast and receptionist is good approach. 4. Dedicated car parking at The Waverley Inn hotel just opposite to this. . 5. Got hot water in shower. Needs to improvement: 1. Toilet flush set leaking water on the floor 2. Need tea and cups , sugar, salt at rooms itself. No hanger. 3. No mat in bathroom to wipe foots. 4. No lock inside bathroom……

“stayed four nights in a single room with bathroom - the room is clean and looks renewed recently - be warned that the hotel is beside a nightclub. There may be DJ playing songs very loudly until 2am, especially on weekend. It is not in every night though. - staffs are helpful but no housekeeping - the location is convenient”

“Good environment! Can see Inverness castle and the river right in front of us! The room is nice and well equipped! The breakfast was running out at 8:30am so we couldn’t get much. Not worth to buy breakfast if you get up after 8am. ”
