“Very nice hotel. Good food. Wasn’t greatly enamoured by staff talking without English to each other while I was being served. Sorry just thought that was unhelpful. But otherwise five stars. Will use again.”

“Only a short walk to the kelpies, which is great. Close to walk or short drive somewhere for something to eat. The hotel was lovely and clean and staff were really helpful and polite. The room was lovely and spacious, the beds were comfy and had a lovely shower in the morning. Tea and coffee facilities provided in the room. Despite being in a built up area, it was quiet. Had to ask for a hairdryer as their not left in the room, but absolutely no problem getting one and I handed it back in on……

“Really loved the spa and the property. Food was good. Only thing is the lake on the property was full of trash, probably not the hotels fault but if it's their property it is something to be addressed since there was water life living in the habitat. ”
