“Convenient to Rt 95, easy to find. Close to some shopping area, eateries nearby”

“Seems like they're having homeless and transients stay there. People sitting outside their rooms watching people check in and unload their cars. People wandering around all hours of the night. I was afraid my car was going to get broken into. That whole I95 corridor is sketchy.”
