“The front desk staff called personally to check on me because I was running late for my check-in. I was completely impressed by this!!! The room was spotless, comfortable, and felt like home. The beds were more comfortable than my own! I wanted to take them home! I had to leave early and again the young lady at the front desk made this hassle-free. Your staff is amazing!!! ”

“The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. We were surprised when the bed was not made or towels replaced, as we were not advised that the management did not service the rooms at all during our stay. We did request more coffee, and it was left outside the room for us. The breakfasts were delicious, hot, and made to order. The inn is centrally located, and it was easy to get to attractions and the beach. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. ”

“Nice views from the room. Room is dated with no coffee pot. TV is small and has no HD channels. Ceiling in the room was missing paint in several spots and the lock on the bathroom door is broken. Front desk staff seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about where to get food on site. I was done with my shower by the time hot water started to flow from the shower head.”

“The property and facilities are wonderful! The bathroom in our room had rust on the bathtub, and a few questionable brown marks on the walls, but we stayed in a pet friendly room so I understand. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist us. One even gave me her own postage stamp, for free, to mail a post card. The outdoor cabanas could be maintained better, and the coffee was not strong and very watery, but overall I would recommend this location and will return……

“Despite unusually cold weather, the reception at Jekyll Ocean Club was warm and welcoming. We found plenty to do on the island and nearby. We had amazing meals here and in other island restaurants. Had a massage, loved the hot tub and everyone enjoyed horseback riding on the beach. Love this hotel. Our second time there and will be back for sure. ”
