“This is the perfect spot if you want to be right at the beach...just a few steps and you are in the sand. You are also within walking distance or golf cart ride to the village. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. The host checked in with me several times if I needed anything at all...If you want easy beach access and easy check in...this is the place...I would highly recommend.”

“We had a wonderful stay here last week for Spring Break. St. Simons is a welcome change from the crowds at 30A. The condo was as advertised and lives up to all the great reviews. The views of the marina and water from the lanai are really amazing. We would defiantly return in the future. The hosts were fantastic and responded to our questions immediately. Definitely made some great memories on this trip!”

“The style of the property was really nice. Very conveniently located to shops amd restaurants and right across the street from the beach. What i did not like was the stains on the couch in our room amd rhe restaurant food was not the best. The waitresses and entertainment were great but food not so much. “Great walking access to the beach, only couple of blocks away. Vehicle access to property is best if compact vehicles only. It is true, parking for two, but…if two vehicles, turning around to get back out is somewhat challenging. I submitted a few suggestions to help improve stay for next visitors, but we definitely enjoyed this small two bedroom, two bath property. Nothing fancy, I would visit again for sure!”
