“It was convenient. The owner was always available. The air worked great. It is a 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom with an outside private shower. It had plenty of towels and paper products. The couch was very comfortable and large for my family to watch tv together. It was a good price. It had a large deck with a grill. ”

The house isn't too far from shopping and restaurants. The fenced backyard is perfect for brining your dog. Cons: The hot water heater doesn't work very well, it took forever to get warm and it wasn't super hot. The backyard is covered in stones and a ton of leaves from the trees (there is plastic……

“This was our first time staying in Saint Simons but it will definitely not be our last. This was a quick impromptu extended weekend for me, my wife, my son, and our two small dogs. We were a little over a block from the beach and just a quick golf cart ride from town. Location was perfect. The place was exactly as described in nicely decorated. I wish there was a little bit more counter space in the kitchen for cooking but when you’re on vacation, how much cooking do you really do? ……

“I and some friends stayed here for a weekend and it is exactly as the pictures show. It’s a cozy apartment with plenty of room, all the amenities we needed, and very close to the beach. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes down a shaded side street - so convenient. It was clean with plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone. Our host, Ryan, was quick to respond to anything we needed and a breeze to work with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be back! :)”
