“House had plenty of bedrooms and space to hangout and spend time together. Easy to get around Rochester area from the location. Only one shower so plan around that with your group!”

“Cute house with charming Christmas decorations in every room. That really made our stay feel special. I want to give 5 stars but the beds in our experience are much, much too firm. Three adults and two kids had a hard time getting a decent night's sleep during our three night stay unfortunately. I don't think I have ever slept on a foam mattress that was so firm. On a plus side, there were lots of games to keep us occupied between visits to the areas wonderful museums. ”

“Work related”

“We mainly used the house as a sleeping spot. We had a remembrance for my late wife in the area and had to set that up at a park south of Rochester. We have a lot of family in the area and had to visit with them, so we didn't really hang out in the house much during the day. The keurig was a nice accessory. We could have used more towels. There were 4 of us and only 3 towels.Having access to a washer/dryer was nice.”

“Nice rooms, very clean. Helpful staff. We had trouble registering on line. But they came to the facility and got us checked in. Would recommend them.”

“This was a lovely property right on the canal. The cottage was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable. Communication with owner was fabulous when we did have an issue, it was responded to and taken care of within minutes. This is a great location if you are visiting a college student or town. We would consider staying again even if not for school because of its location and charm ”
