“Can't say the check-in/ parking experience was great. No more room in the hotel garage so alternate parking had to be found. Our room was fine, nothing great, but overall would stay again...if we ever return to St. Louis. Proximity to Arch, Busch, etc was the best part.”

“Staff were friendly, helpful. Happy to have parking on site, sheriff on duty in lobby at night, and security over night. Can tell it has been updated, bathroom area small but fine for 2. Seemed pretty clean. Would stay here again for concert at Stifel. Very close to union station. ”

“The view from the room of the Arch was fantastic! And even the pool- you could see it through the windows. There were 3 elevators and only 2 worked most of the days. And out of those 2, only 1 went to breakfast. So keep that in mind if you stay - don’t wait to go to breakfast. The staff was friendly and gave recommendations which were good. And the rooms were nice and clean!”

“My only complaint is that I had only one bottle of water in my room and there was no refill the next day”

“Room size is a bit small and it is not cleaned properly. Quite dusty on some tables and in the washroom.”

“The hotel room was very spacious, clean, and beautiful. The views from the window were also really nice. I also appreciated the friendliness of the staff as they always greeted us every time we left and came back to the hotel. The free breakfast is really tasty and I loved that the hotel was just a walking distance from the American Convention Center where our conference was held which was super convenient. Overall, would recommend and would stay here again if I were to need a place to stay when……

“The room size was great for our family of five but the hotel was in need of some updating. It is not really “downtown” so not in walking distance to anything. The pool is very small and no hot tub. I’m overall happy with how convenient the location is but don’t think we’d stay there again. ”

“Hotel and room was nice and clean, convenient location near the dome and the arch, great barbeque place down the street. Couldn't check in until 4 unless you want to pay a fee, even for less then an hour. Casino was decent, even had a pizzeria that was still open after midnight.”
