“Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. ”

“I liked the view of the gateway arch from my room. The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable. ”

“Lovely older hotel. Very elegant. Room was immaculate bed very comfortable. Lovely view. ”

“My only complaint is that I had only one bottle of water in my room and there was no refill the next day”

“I am on a business trip in Missouri, and stayed in St. Louis for a night just for a layover basically. This hotel is conveniently located next to the sports stadium and a few restaurants, and within walkable distance to the Arch. The staff at the front desk and valet parking are all very friendly. The room there was also very spacious, and the beddings were fluffy and comfy. It was a nice stay for its price point as well. ”
