“Apartment on the 39th floor = great views from parts of the apartment. Downside - views of the taller tower behind.
Items worn out = sofa, rusty toilet brush holder, dirty carpet in ensuite bedroom, cheap frying pan in a terrible state. Only 1 English tea bag and 7 mint tea bags? The rainforest shower heads don't work properly. They need replacing, especially the master bedroom one.
Nice to have kitchen roll. Salt, pepper and sugar.
Fantastic views from the 43rd floor, the master bedroom……

“I needed a flat with easy access from the train station as I was travelling alone with heavy luggage, & it was a short 3 min walk. There were a few food options at the local shops so that was very convenient too. The flat was comfortable, clean & cozy, it was a great choice. It was well appointed with everything I needed for a 5 night stay. Highly recommended!!”

“Our family of 2 adults and 3 children arrived at the property in London, contacted the host for access details ( we had 2 separate confirmation emails previously) to be then informed via a text that the apartment was no longer available. At 5pm on a Saturday for a 2 night booking. Appalling communication and no explanation or apology then or since.There is a for sale sign up at the property. We arrive home after our weekend and find an email asking for a review of our stay so here it is. ”

“Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in London. Die Ferienwohnung bzw.das kleine Reihenhäuschen war super eingerichtet, vorallem die Küche war bestens ausgestattet. Um die Ecke war die Bushaltestelle, 12 min zu Fuß die Underground und 2 min der Zug. Lidl befand sich auch in 200 m Entfernung und dort gab alles was man brauchte. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen!!! Lynne ist auch immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich! Danke!”

“Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly.
The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.”

Worst carpark and hotel is soso
"It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)"

"We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future."
