“Very sweet boat in lovely location. I didn’t hear back from the owner re check in until the day I was checking in despite 3 emails. The boat was lovely, had a great nights sleep and pretty location. All very clean and lovely. Flushing the toilet was a little challenging. We went to a concert at Hampton Court and it was a great location to visit there. A lovely time was had”

“Our family of 2 adults and 3 children arrived at the property in London, contacted the host for access details ( we had 2 separate confirmation emails previously) to be then informed via a text that the apartment was no longer available. At 5pm on a Saturday for a 2 night booking. Appalling communication and no explanation or apology then or since.There is a for sale sign up at the property. We arrive home after our weekend and find an email asking for a review of our stay so here it is. ”

“We spent our last few days in the UK at the barn and loved our stay there. The accommodation was very comfortable and charming - full of character. The location was superb, tucked away in the heart of the lovely Sussex countryside with friendly local pubs within easy walking distance. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and were happy to suggest the best local walks from the cottage using the map they supplied for us. Just a short drive from Gatwick Airport, we hope to stay again next time we……

“Op de dag van arriveren contact opgenomen met de verhuurder. We werden doorgeschakeld naar een voicemail. Op verschillende momenten met verschillende binnenlandse en buitenlandse telefoons geprobeerd contact te krijgen met de eigenaar. Zelfs met een andere bewoner van het complex naar binnen om aan te bellen en te kloppen. Uiteindelijk de Nederlandse helpdesk gebeld. Helaas is deze niet zo lang aanwezig als wordt geschreven, dus kregen we en Engelse dame aan de lijn. Deze dame heeft op haar……

“We had an amazing stay at this property. The owners were so helpful. They built a ramp for wheelchair access for my mother so she could join us for Christmas The house is beautiful and decorated so tastefully, every room had a story to tell . We had 7 Christmas trees in the house . ”
