“This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating without you even having to ask for help. We visited for the first time to celebrate our mini moon a free our wedding and they gave us a free room upgrade to a suite. They also surprised us with a complementary bottle of champagne to our room and they even had complementary transportation available within a 5 mile radius of the resort. “The staff were extremely friendly during my visit here. They continuously made sure that I had everything that I need. During my stay, I saw a staff member give another guest a ride as I was walking into the lobby. The staff member immediately stopped what they were doing to make sure i had what i needed before continuing providing the service to another guest. The staff here really care about their guest.
