“This small hotel was a really great experience if you like boutique stays. The ambience of a traditional Turkish inn with great comfort and great breakfasts was outstanding. The staff do not speak much English, but they were attentive, pleasant, and warm.”

“MashaAllah very nice staff. Greeted us warmly. Clean room and bathroom and mini fridge. Whenever we had issues it was promptly addressed. الحمد لله We asked for quit room so we were given a room upstairs on the 2nd floor. Only minor concerns most likely due to 2nd lloor is that we only had Luke warm or bit hotter than lukewarm water even after we reported concern. This is minor issue especially since it’s warm out. Ac worked very well. There’s was some wedding music but that’s to be expected……

“This is was one of the best hotels in our three-week Turkey trip. It was elegant and beautiful. It was located in a alley of the city center. There were many small stores near by. We really enjoyed a bakery shop at the outside of the alley, They were very nice and they made delicious and beautiful delights. If you first time drive there. It seems impossible to find the hotel and parking on your own. We had to grab some strangers on the street to ask. The streets were very narrow and busy as……

“Merkezi bir alanda olan ruken hanım konağında çok iyi ağırlandık odalar temizdi eski olduğu için dolaplar vs biraz zor açılıyor tabi ama biz genel itibari ile otelden ve personelden çok memnun kaldık tekrar gideceğimde yine bu oteli tercih edeceğim”

“İbis Gaziantep konumu çok güzel bir noktada. Odalar temiz ve güzeldi. Ses yalıtımı da çok iyiydi. Rahat bir uyku çekip güzelce dinlendik. Personel arkadaşlara da teşekkürler güler yüzlü karşıladılar. Gaziantep’i de çok beğendik inşallah kış aylarında tekrar geleceğiz. ”
