“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich hatte ein nettes Zimmer in dem ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Angenehme Frühstücksatmosphäre. Ich habe nichts vermisst. Ich war bereits mehrmals in Bergen aan Zee. Hier hat es mir sehr gut gefallen und ich komme mit Sicherheit wieder. ”

“Great hostel in Alkmaar. I arrived by train and everywhere is walkable in town. Small room but you have everything needed. Small Kitchen to share on the floor. But no soundproof. Recommend to visit Kennemerpark!”

“Bikes were hired, chargers borrowed, nice breakfasts, goodchoice of restaurants and bars nearby. Tulip fields, beacg and Texel Island all accessed by bike.”
