“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goed verzorgde, smaakvol gemoderniseerde B&B. Het ontbijt is helemaal top. Het toilet op de kamer is voorzien van een matglazen deur die boven en beneden open is. Dat zie ik zelf liever anders, maar is geen reden om hier niet te boeken.”

“Bij hotel van Van der Valk Akersloot hebben wij het altijd goed. Schone kamer, heerlijke bedden, mooie badkamer met douche en bad. Komen graag terug. ”

“Wir haben spontan gebucht und wurden um 21:30 Uhr sehr herzlich von Anneke empfangen. Es ist alles sehr herzlich, man kann sich nur wohlfühlen. Die Betten sind groß und bequem, 2 Einzelbetten nebeneinander. Alles super sauber. Parken kostet nicht extra, Hund 7,50 Euro/Tag, was wirklich fair ist. Nachts ist es herrlich ruhig. Frühstück 9-10 Uhr ist eine sehr angenehme Zeit. ”

“I stayed in Hotel stad en Land with my husband and 2 kids. We had a connected room with a double bed and 2 single beds at the uppermost floor. Staff are nice and the room condition is a lot better than I expected for such a historic building. It is opposite to the train station. Cheese market and car parks are within 10 minutes walk. No elevator may be a little drawback.”
