Rustic, comfortable country house "Casale Antica Pietra", 400 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees and fields. 1 km from the centre of Gemmano, 18 km from the centre of Riccione, 25 km from the centre of Rimini, in a quiet, sunny position, 18 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property (fenced), park 2'000 m2, swimming pool kidney shaped (25 m2, depth 130 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 14.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: table tennis, storage room for bicycles, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Cattolica" 20 km, sandy beach 20 km. Golf course 10 km. Nearby attractions: Grotte di Onferno 6 km, Repubblica di San Marino 12 km, Misano World Circuit 15 km. Please note: suitable for families.
