“Staff was extremely helpful, even though we did not speak the same language. No elevators, however, front desk staff helped carry a bag up. Super convenient to get to the airport. Roughly 10 minute drive with no traffic.”

Les chambres sont correctes avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer la nuit. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant, même en arrivant tard, il y a du choix. Personnel à l'accueil aimable et serviable. ”

“Loved our stay, we arrived very early & were allowed into our room after a brief wait and a complementary coffee in the wonderfully relaxing garden. I see other people saying the hotel is a bit far from the city but in our experience it was great with the excellent public transport service available we were in the city centre in under 25 mins. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly, when back in Lyon we’d definitely stay again. ”
