“We killed two cockroaches in our apartment at the first night. We reported to the reception the following day and we were changed to another one. “In general we are satisfied with the hotel. It's close to down town with a bus stop just outside the hotel. we are very lucky to run into one very helpful and kind staff Ms. Mai at the reception. she helps proactively and manages to answer all our inquires. The hotel has a big and beautiful pool and my son just could not get out from it...we will for sure want to stay with them if we visit Lyon again!”
