“Nothing was free, unlike advertised. Pool was a P300 a day use that was not mentioned during my reservation. “Every time I stay in Y2 when I came to Manila. Hi love the location and service for aY2 hotel. But now this hotel was changed and became not friendly. When I asking the reason, the official response is new hotel policy. If it make the hotel better and more lovely, that you I’ll be good move. But it makes the hotel not so good as before. "This is not my 1 first time staying in this hotel. Compared with previous experience, some areas had been improved such as the check-in/out process. Next to Newport mall. With a convenience store and fast food shop on the ground floor. However, the WiFi network (speed) and the choice of breakfast are still my concerns. Slow and less choices. Hope they can improve."
