“The lodge was beautiful with a great view of the lake. The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded us to a room with a view of the lake. Nate was very nice with out check in. The restaurant was also very. Nice.”

“Location was great, but the AC control was not working and it was warm in our room upon arrival. And the windows don’t open. I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable, but my husband said they were ok. Decor and ambiance was nice and what we expected and a fun change from modern hotels. ”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”
“My stay for a few days was very nice for my purposes. Surgery recovery. Valet parking and help with my luggage was very much needed and provided. The restaurant provides room service and the food was delicious. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room safe. Patio was nice. The spa is very comfortable and clean. Overall I'm very happy with my stay.”
“When I was checking out I had one issue and the girl at the desk promised me That manager will be in shortly and she’ll call me right back, that was Saturday, Sunday is over and I’m still waiting for the manager to call me right back ;(”
