"Overall is a nice Hotel in the Masstricht . U can go anywhere in the town with bus and anywhere in Europe by train."

"Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply."

"Room facility is very old, stain on the toilet and sink. With euro300 per night, only offer paper cup for tea and coffee in the room. Really should be rated as 3 star hotel."
