“We only stayed one night, but wish we'd had a few more! The property and wagon were spotless, including the bathroom/shower area. We enjoyed cooking out our unit's private charcoal grill, and then socialized at the fire pit with friendly fellow guests. The property management was very responsive and helpful. Check in and out was seamless. Easy access to all the Ocoee-area recreation activities. We will be back!”

“Overall it was a good experience, but there were a few flaws. The walls are very thin that you can hear people talk in the apartment next to it. Check in instructions were not very clear which made it difficult to get into the apartment. The decorations and amenities were good and clean. This isn’t the owner’s fault, but the fire alarm went off twice for no apparent reason (no one was cooking or doing anything that might set it off). It’s a good location. Overall 4/5 star stay. ”

“Apartment was wonderful. My daughter got sick in the apartment, and there wasn’t anything available to clean up the mess in its entirety. Host charged extra for cleaning/replacing bedding, and was not unreasonable. ”

“Accomadating cabin in the woods right on the river! We enjoyed the campfire by the river. Stated it had a hot tub which it doesn't but overall had what we needed. i enjoyed the screened in porch reading and drinking coffee.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Collegedale apartment -- it was clean, convenient to our conference location, and the check-in was a breeze.Our only heads-up to other potential guests is that the driveway is *incredibly* steep. If accessibility is a potential issue for you, or if your car has a low clearance, request photos before booking, as the one in the listing only shows the flat upper part of the parking area and not the super-steep driveway to get there.But besides that, a lovely location!
