“You cannot beat the location! The house is in a quiet, cute, safe neighborhood and only a short drive from downtown. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and sitting on the front porch in the mornings. There are nearby restaurants within walking distance, which were nice options when we didn’t feel like driving into the city. The check in process was seamless. The place was clean. The communication with the property manager was great! ”

“Booked the tiny home for a week because of it's proximity to the Collegedale area and how cute and modern it looked in the photos. We were NOT disappointed. It was the perfect size for a couple and had all the amenities we needed. It was close enough to Chattanooga when we needed to buy anything or go out to eat, but also far enough away from the city to feel serene and secluded. Andrew was a great host - responsive and always made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to book this tiny home……

“Loved the property. It was clean and had everything we needed. Close to Cleveland which we were in for a conference. I have only one negative thing and that is the master bedroom mattress was very hard and uncomfortable for me. Add a 2-3” foam topper and it would be perfect. We would definitely rent again.
