“Condo had fantastic views from the balconies one on each side of building. This was a two level apartment with main room and kitchen upstairs. May be an issue for people with mobility issues. The sliding glass doors to balcony stick and are heavy to open and close. The bathrooms were a bit narrow. Overall everything we needed with great views”

“Excellent communication with owner Jason. He was highly responsive and helpful. Condo is very clean, very comfortable beds and living space. Beautiful beach with umbrella rental if needed. “Condo and property location was excellent! Listed with indoor pool that looked amazing in photos but is closed for construction currently. The closed pool wasn’t communicated so make sure to ask if this is important. Overall, great place! We would return.”

“Just returned from a wonderful stay. This unit is clean, close to the beach and has a beautiful view of the ocean and the bay. The bathrooms have been beautifully updated. It is close to restaurants, shopping and mini golf. Communication from the management company (specifically Kelly) was fantastic. She is extremely responsive and very kind. The linen package was a nice addition.”

“Did not have a kitchen sink the entire trip. Sink was detached from the countertop. Said it would be fixed, sent a guy over didn’t come until -1015 at night waking up my 3 year old. Light entering condo flickering. Front door latch misaligned. Have to lift door up to have door lock properly. ”

“I had a great getaway at this rental—just steps from the beach and boardwalk, with a super helpful parking pass that made everything easy. “Chris was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. The location was great if you’re looking to be right in the middle of things. Very convenient. It can get a little nosey at night, as expected, so bring a fan or earplugs and you’ll be all set. Beautiful view right from the living room-steps to the ocean. The apartment was nice/could use a couple upgrades. Would recommend. ”
