“Enjoyed the home. Had a continuous battle with small ants on the counter and some cabinets. Noticed that they were climbing up the outside of the house too. Suggest perimeter ant control be applied periodically. Removal of some of the saplings along the edges of the driveway would allow easier access in/out. Would recommend monthly cleaning of gutters- we endured some heavy rainstorm due to the hurricane and the water just went right over the gutters because they were plugged full of pine……

“We had a great time. The space is certainly on the smaller side, but that just encourages everyone to go outside, and it was perfect for our family of four and our dog. Jenny was VERY communicative and kind. There's games and books, perfect since the first day we arrived it rained. The place is also very walkable--there's a yummy oyster bar, a seafood grill, and a beer garden all at the end of the street.
