“The hotel itself is stunning- location, location, location! However, the staff seems to know this and feels there is no need to provide any level of service. Rooms were not made up daily and when asking for info, the desk staff was as unhelpful as can be. The wellness center was only open for a few hours in the evening (and only some of it was in operation, no towels provided, and the water in the baths was clearly not cleaned with any frequency) The breakfast was ok, but only bad coffee……

“We had a fab stay here. It was with my family including 4 children from 4 to 13. The location was great, in a quit location of the old city but only 5 mins walk to all the excitement and restaurants. The apartment was very clean. We were met by George who showed us around and gave us our key. He was very friendly and happy to organize or help us with any query about th city while we were here. This apartment made our first family visit to Tbilisi real special and I would recommend it to any……
