“Sehr nettes Personal! Frühstück okay Begrenzte Parkplätze Im Hotel leider sehr hellhörig Bei nicht voller Auslastung sollte nur jedes zweite Zimmer belegt werden Zimmer lassen sich nicht komplett abdunkeln ”

“The air conditioner is not working on my first day, I am asking to change other room, they told me you have just requested on it, and we do provide you the air conditioner in room, just to refuse all I m asking. The lift is not working since my third day to stay. When it comes to recall the hotel that I had in my life, Gremes Carat Hotel is the most horrible hotel that I have ever had. Those staff are not too helpful. It states the hotel located near train station, but it takes me a bit time……

“Excellent location - 5min to the train station and the airport line and less than to to the Rathaus. Great amenities. The reception arrangements were not great as it’s reduced capacity on weekend, and email communications were slow - but we got there in the end.”
