“Hotel itself is good, new hotel in perfect location (just 5 mins walk to Central train station and bus terminal). But the area downstairs heading to the train station are having quite a lot drug abusers, they didn’t do anything on me but still not feeling very comfortable to walk through them. The other side to Berliner Tor station is perfectly fine. Recommend to stay in this hotel but be aware if you walk towards the direction of central station at night alone. ”

“When we arrived the reception, the staff in the counter was even playing his phone while we were talking to him! And his attitude was also frivolous! After we got into the room, the room was hot, not well ventilated. When it was about 3 or 4 p.m. , it was super noisy outside like someone was digging a hole, and the sound continued for 1~2 hours!!
