“Hotel with greatest staff ever, literally everyone working here are nice, friendly and conveniently doing job. I had trouble with the car, the hotel manager himself came and helped. It was not easy task but the problem was solved thanks to him! ”

“I’d give this hotel 2/5 for a couple. We were over charged on day one and getting the money back took us reporting fraud to our credit card as Expedia wouldn’t release the money. We also were placed in room 213 which is a nice room but we were surrounded by kids screaming until midnight on the balcony and up at 7 to do the same. The building has no sound proofing or insulation so you can hear everything from rooms on all sides. We ended up asking to be moved which seemed to be a common……

“Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, du début jusqu’à la fin. Nous sommes venu dans une période ou l’hôtel est quasi vide se qui laisse le libre choix des prestations proposées. Le personnel est très accueillant, le cadre magnifique, la cuisine étant très variée nous avons pu découvrir diverses spécialités. S’agissant du spa, nous avons pu profiter de tout son environnement, et son grand confort. Hotel fortement recommandable.”

“The hotel is near de beach but the water there is not that clean . We went to other beaches in other locations . The hotel is nice , the personal are wonderful ! I didnt like the AC in the room because they management of the hotel blocked it at 24 degress celsius and you could not change that .”

“We booked a suite. The suite was large and spacious. The hotel was also clean in the public areas. A nice and varied breakfast that keeps you going for several hours. The hotel's pool is in the adjacent hotel that is under the same ownership. The staff is very friendly and does everything possible to help .The hotel has a private beach 250 meters away.”

Il vero punto di forza è stata Irina, la cameriera che è stata simpaticissima, molto disponibile a dare consigli sui posti da visitare, è entrata subito in sintonia con me e la mia compagna, facendoci sentire come a casa nostra. Per noi Porto Matina è Irina, con la sua empatia e la sua propensione al cliente. Ottima la pulizia, effettuata tutti i giorni, con cambio lenzuola quotidiano e talvolta cambio asciugamani. “This is a gorgeous hotel with incredible views and wonderfully comfortable rooms and sun loungers. However, service is difficult to find- nobody comes to the loungers or to the table at dinner to ask for drinks- and the buffet food was repetitive and had a poor selection. That said, the paid-for food offered at the pool was excellent quality, especially the pizza and gyros. These two were good value for money, though some of the other options were prohibitively expensive. Overall, we wouldn’t……
