“The location of the hotel was perfect, right at the Kramerbrucke, the hotel is modern and tasteful and the rooms were perfect. There was limited and very tight parking at the hotel, but the sister hotel car park is only a short walk away. The friendly staff and great food also added to a fantastic stay in Erfurt.”

“We’re so disappointed that my room type doesn’t have air conditioners which not mentioned in hotel.com. Otherwise we absolutely won’t book it. And the room facilities are old and the beds lack of support. We’re not happy for this stay. ”

“+: Free tram ticket to connet the city cneter is the biggest advantage to us. -: Everything is ok but just the room to us is noisy becuase the raindrops keep hit the metal outside of the window. It seems this situation only hasppened to our room becuase of the hotel structure. there is no improving by closing the window. We could not help but hearing it all the night. However the other day was sunny day, so no noise from the rain during our 2nd day.”

“Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, Bahnhof, Dom, die Altstadt.. alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und der Service sehr freundlich.”

“Es war toll, dass die Unterkunft einen eigenen Parkplatz hatte, da ich beruflich in Erfurt war und jeden Tag pendeln musste. Nebenan sind 2 Einkaufsmärkte, da konnte man spontan einkaufen. Obwohl das Haus noch in der Renovierungsphase ist, würde ich jederzeit wiederkommen.”

“Wir verbrachten ein paar wunderbare Tage im NYX Hotel Erfurt und waren rundum zufrieden. Unser Zimmer im 14. Stock war großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und bot einen herrlichen Blick über die Dächer der Stadt – zwar nicht direkt auf die Altstadt, aber dennoch ein Panorama, das uns begeisterte. Das Personal im gesamten Haus war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowohl beim Check-in als auch im Frühstücksbereich. Das Frühstücksbuffet selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen: abwechslungsreich,……

“Ich war sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist nur 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Lautstärke bei geöffnetem Fenster, aber das muss man bei der gewählten Lage des Hotels einfach hinnehmen. Ich komme gerne wieder.”
