“My family was flying in to attend my son's military retirement ceremony at Scott Air Force Base and when we all walked in, it was extremely dirty and an absolute mess. There was dog hair (clumps) all over the carpet and stains that would make you not want to walk on it. The stove and refrigerator were not cleaned, 8 bags of garage in the garage that smelled as it was there for some time and the carpet was extremely stained by pets.
