“Nena apartments are a low cost means to an end. They offer a quiet place to sleep which is generally fairly clean and comfortable. Bedding is basic but acceptable. The kitchenette had the things you needed. The bathroom had an odd smell but I think that was the body wash they provided you with - similar to a coal tar/smoke smell. An in-room safe would be a plus. ”

“This hotel was really lovely. Clean, friendly and very comfortable. It was close to both the S-bahn and U-bahn which made everything very accessible, as well as having a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy close by. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. We had breakfast once and it was good - lots of options as well as free tea/coffee in the lobby at all times. The staff were helpful and friendly. I’d definitely recommend the Rioca! ”

“Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr schönes Design und super sauber. Lediglich beim Frühstück war vieles nicht verfügbar und hat sehr lange gedauert bis es nachgefüllt wurde. Dafür hat sich die Dame auf nachfrage entschuldigt. Verhungern tut aber dennoch niemand 😜 Top Empfehlung.”

“👍地理位置方便，房間很大，有廚房，乾淨。 👎辦理入住的時候，因為是自動辦理機器壞掉無法製作房卡聯絡飯店人員，等了兩個小時才來，所有的住房旅客都在大廳等待。 👎隔天早上九點鐘要退房的時候，電梯從八點就維修，封起來不讓客人使用，也沒有維修人員，所以請你要從4樓提到1樓去退房，非常的不方便，令人無語”
