“The staff did everything possible to correct the booking error not showing on their system. Helped arrange alternative accommodation. But our other accommodation didn't work out, so the staff here orgainsed that we could stay in a room, shared bathroom then move second night into a room with own bathroom as originally booked. Borh at a reasonable low cost. Great service”
"The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They helped us pre-booked the taxi for several trips and responded to our requests very quickly. The air con in our one-bedroom suite was strong enough during the super hot days in Prishtina. The daily cleaning of the room was high standard.
The hotel is located 3 mins walk from a convenient store and 6 mins walk to the main street has lots of restaurants. The reception was available 24 hours , the staffs communicated among themselves really well, we were carefree during our stay.
