“I don’t usually leave property reviews, and I tend to avoid places without a host check-in due to past bad experiences. However, I must say the check-in process was the easiest I’ve come across, clear instructions and codes made it seamless. The room was a delight and had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be using Urban again!”

“ We really enjoy our stay at the farm. The location is very convenient, in a quiet spot but close to a well connected road. Our duplex had everything we needed for a short stay including a well equipped kitchen when and bathroom with toiletries. We took advantage of the amenities of the farm including the playing area with plenty of toys for a toddler aged child as well as pool and foosball tables and outdoor space (swimming pool was still close at this time). Only minor comments - the floor……

“The location was pretty nice, being central to the Bury St. Edmunds town center. The location of the room was very difficult to find because the navigation apps we used put us far away from the actual room. We luckily found a mailman who took us to the right location. Other than that, the room was alright and comfortable enough. I’m not too sure it was entirely worth the cost, but it was alright. I’ll say 7/10.”

“Beautifully presented, stylish property and very comfortable. Nicely situated on the High Street for all local pubs and restaurants. Check in and checkout were super easy. Hughly recommended for a stay in Maldon.”

“We have stayed here several times in the past, and, whenever we are planning on visiting the family in Saffron Walden, we always look for to see if this property is available. Highly recommended, except for people with mobility issues, for whom the tight, winding staircase to the upstairs bedrooms would be an issue. Apart from that, highly recommended.”
