“酒店就在中心区，距离薄荷街非常近，离圣约翰大教堂也不远。离公交总站也很近，去哪儿都比较方便。酒店比较小，设施还算完善，工作人员比较热情，早餐也还不错。住客挺多的，基本都是欧美的爷爷奶奶。”

“Value for money. It was clean, breakfast which was included was very good and it is about 10 minutes away by walk from Silema ferry terminal. The hop on hop off bus also picks up from right across the road. Even the resgular bus stop is at the same place. Lots of places close by open for dinner and drinks at night. We did have some issues with the iseemalta hop on hop off bookings, but after a lot of back and forth we got that resolved as well. We had one unclean towel in our bathroom but it……

“雖然美其名是家飯店，但是很多東西不到位。像是整個房間包含廁所都沒有垃圾桶與袋子可裝垃圾，隔天直接在滾筒廁紙上放了一個沒打開的塑膠袋給房客，就這樣! 我們房裡的廁所玻璃上，竟然還有橫著一條施工用的木條，還沒移除! 設計也很有問題，睡覺時Wi-Fi機的藍光強度讓人睡不著，起來上廁所，玻璃透出的廁所光也會把正在睡覺的人亮醒，實在沒考慮過睡覺時場景的設計。最扯的是，沒有被套，枕頭套，完全就是裸露的，很扯，讓人覺的不舒服，沒被尊重。更扯的是我隔天為櫃台經理說你們都不給被套還有枕頭套的嗎？她竟然說應該是房務忘了，她會跟下面說，就直接給我們check out……

“Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work……
