“Loved everything about this house. Erin is a great host and replied quickly to any question I had. She gave us an early check in which was very nice. Awesome location as it is the last house on a dead end street. Everything was as described and let me say...... That queen bed is soooo comfortable!! The neighbors are super friendly also, had an older gentleman walk up one evening and give us 2 zucchini out of his garden. ”

“The home was very clean and comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms for a group was great! We misunderstood and thought that the dock would be walking distance from the house, but it is a short drive away. We enjoyed the deck and the hot tub, and used the kitchen and the grill - all of which were in great condition. The home is very well kept!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Birdhouse Lodge. It was quiet, cozy and had a great view of nature. The road to get there was steep and bumpy but my Prius handled it (in June, no snow). The main bed was too soft, but without the foam topper it was just right for us. The listing is accurate except that there are now FOUR TVs and nice chairs around the firepit. If you plan to cook, bring a few things (hot mitts, aluminum foil, etc). Other reviews are right about the extremely low water pressure. That……

“We had a wonderful family stay near Deep Creek, Maryland, for our daughter’s graduation from West Virginia University. The house was perfect for our large group—spacious, comfortable, and just a short drive from the graduation ceremony on Sunday morning.The setting was peaceful and relaxing, yet still close enough to all the activities and entertainment in the area.
