“The apartment certainly met our needs as we were in town for a few days exploring prior to a cruise. Location was fantastic and in a very safe building. It was a great space and very clean. We did experience some issues with getting the key as apparently the prior people did not return it……Maggie was quick to respond and it was resolved asap. I would definitely stay here again if in the area and highly recommend ”

“We had an excellent stay! Photos don’t do the unit justice. Lots of light for a basement suite and very spacious. Location was great and felt like you were right in the community. Lots of little extra touches from the hosts as well”

“A very good place to rest ones bones. Not a suite as much as a bedroom and ensuite bathroom. We had friends to visit on the island and spend time with so used it for that purpose. Well appointed and serviced. Even though fairly close to retail Bowen, for us oldies car transport was very helpful.”

“The location and security for this property is the biggest selling point! It is not even a 1/2 block to the waterbus taxi to explore a large portion of Vancouver and you can take a nice beach path walk to Stanley Park. I loved this location! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had most of what you need, and the living space is adequate for our on-the-go expectations. The only drawback is no A/C. The condo gets very hot with the afternoon sun. We opened windows to cool off at night but there……

“Was super fortunate to find this accommodation so close to everything. The Host is very kind, patient and accommodating. Given the lower level suite is pet friendly, which is an additional bonus, I do understand the lack of a clean floor, however, the state of the kitchen counter (left over food bits) was a bit of a shock, as were the dangling cobwebs inside the cupboards. There is a small toaster oven in the basement suite only. Don’t bring a casserole for dinner. Lesson learned. The bathroom……

“Nice and spacious room, good location, easy walk into downtown Vancouver and Stanley park. Only downside and I'm not sure if its the hotel or Expedia using a 3rd party site when you book but it advertises a kitchen is included but upon check in you have to pay an extra 25 dollars if you want to be able to use the oven.”

“Lower level apartment is clean and new. Neighborhood has good access to UBC, restaurants and beaches. Quiet area with easy street parking. Apartment could benefit from more comfy seating and kitchen supplies.”
