“Rented this home for U of I graduation. It is conveniently located - just about 5 minute drive to campus. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. House had ample space and the kitchen had adequate amenities. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towels supplied. We hung out in the backyard which had a nice patio table and chairs. Charming house in a charming, walkable area. We would certainly stay here again. ”

“It was a great stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast outside almost every day. The location was terrific. We would stay here again. ”

“The place is immaculate and beautiful designed. The yard is fenced in, which is great for my dog — but the next door neighbor has a dog (which is very sweet), so we kept my dog on a leash. Just a heads up if you have dogs who don't necessarily love other dogs. I used to live in this neighborhood and it's a great place for walks and a park nearby if you have a kiddo. Definitely recommend staying here! ”

“The College Town Cottage is lovely. My friends and I had a great time and were charmed by by the eclectic decor and cozy furnishings. We felt comfortable and safe and CU offers plenty of options for food, entertainment and adventures. All of the chargers for technology were greatly appreciated. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were very responsive on the rare when we needed something or asked for a recommendation. We would definitely stay again.”

“We were dreading the hectic of graduation weekend, but really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Carol's. We grilled in the lovely back yard. We so appreciated the quiet of the cute neighborhood that was so close to campus. The bakery down the street has AMAZING cookies. ”

“My 12-year-oaf daughter and I stayed in this charming home while my older daughter attended a week long camp at the U of I. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable. We took several runs in the area sometimes morning sometimes evening around 8/8:30. Always felt safe. This home is also convenient to a lot of coffee shops, cafes, and boutiques. We visited the nearby Farmers Market on Tuesday. Favorite places: Fire Doll (make your own soy candle), Lit bookstore, Jane Adams bookstore, Martinelli’s……
