“The pictures posted at Hotels.com is totally different from the real or actual picture of the resort. The bridge is collapsed, no water in the swimming pool, no power or electricity, no backup power, limited food, rooms not well maintained, rooms not safe, jacuzzi is rusted, overall rate: worst hotel or resort. “The hotel staff are all confused and unprofessional ! In the web site of the hotel, it says, checkin starts at 8 am (due to early arrivals of boats from the islands), but at 9:30 am we were told that the earliest check in would start at 2 pm! We also had two rooms reserved, but the front desk clerk told us that her paper work shows only one room! She had no computer to check the reservations from Expedia. We were forced to contact Expedia, ask them to send us two separate confirmations to show……
