“Comfortable hotel with a spacious suite corner room. Great view of sea. Good value for the cost. Bathroom is spacious and shower worked well. Excellent location to the corniche along the water and to restaurants and cafes in the central part of the town. Would stay again. Parking is around the corner from the hotel although we got lucky with a parking spot directly outside the hotel. Only had to pay up to 8 PM in eve and after 9 AM in morning. Friendly staff. Our rate included breakfast……

“Alquilé una habitación para 4 y estuvimos bastante cómodos, la habitación es amplia y limpia y el baño tambien (lo teniamos para nosotros solos) ademas tiene parking así no te tienes que comer la cabeza en buscar aparcamiento. El trato fue inmejorable”

“This property is overpriced. For over $200 a night, I would expect a room that does not smell of urine and for my mini fridge to work. I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. Some of the staff (the waiter at the Bar) were very pleasant and others (woman at the front desk when I checked in) were not pleasant. The pool area was nice; yet it should be clearly stated that to enjoy the facilities, you must wear a swimming cap which is available for……

Realmente es una residencia universitaria y como tal hay que valorarla (en los 5 días de mi estancia nadie entró a hacer la habitación ni a cambiar las sábanas ni las toallas). “Loved the location, opposite the Campo de San Francisco. Easy to walk everywhere. Room was basic as per its star rating. Only issue I had was some neighbours were very, very loud. It's not the hotel's fault. Also, plumbing came through wallls, so i knew when neighbors were showering. Overall, I am happy with the hotel as I was out most of the time.”

“Very well located near the older part of Oviedo, walkable to all major tourist attractions. You need to check in across the street at their other hotel but this is not an issue as it is only a few meters away from the entrance. The beef was too firm for my liking but this is a personal preference. ”
