“We have 3 kids and a dog and needed a clean, safe, spacious home to hang out and relax in while visiting family and this had everything we were looking for! I had to work during our stay so the desk in one of the bedrooms was perfect while the rest of the family could watch tv and play in the other areas of the house/yard. The owner was friendly and responsive and made sure we were taken care of. We plan on coming back any time we are in the area!”

“Great location, not far from some of the must sees in and out of the Chicago area. The backyard is awesome, it unfortunately snowed during our stay but during the summer months, you wouldn’t need to leave. The kids loved the themed rooms and all the Coca Cola things. “The home is located in a very safe neighborhood located blocks away from downtown Batavia and an easy drive into Geneva/St. Charles. I was able to communicate directly with the owner and he was wonderful to work with. The popcorn machine in the basement was a hit with my two daughters. The office space and standing desk made my workdays very comfortable. This is an amazing space and an amazing owner. Thank you!”

“First of all I would like to say, that I have never stayed at a hotel that sent me so many emails or texts messages before check in and after check in. The hotel is nicely located near the freeway, shopping and dining options are not too far. The room was clean and nicely designed. Found a few bugs here and there, but overall not so bad. A microwave would complete the room's equipment. All front desk staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good also. I would stay here……
