“This was such a beautiful, serene place. Location was excellent for Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Cornell waterfall trails and hiking. The upstairs loft was super cute but we slept on the futon downstairs, which was so comfortable with a thick memory foam topper. Also, I had never experienced bath towels like these.... so luxurious!We had company at our mightly campfires. Very friendly feline friends.This is cozy, country charm with a bit of artistic whimsy. “The house was very nice and the neighborhood was good. The only thing I think I’d change is the beds need to be higher off the ground. The beds were laying on the ground and for a disabled person it’s pretty difficult to get up. But with that said it’s a wonderful little house and worth the money.”

“We enjoyed our six-night stay very much. The house is beautifully renovated while still retaining its charm. It was fun cooking, eating, and playing Uno in the farmhouse kitchen, and the back yard was nice for our nephew to kick a soccer ball around. The scenery is lovely, with large hills in front and behind, and the location, about halfway between Watkins Glen and Corning, worked out well for us. Barb and BJ were very accommodating, and we had a nice time visiting with them and their herd……

The host was very friendly and helpful. We are from Florida so the wild life was abundant and different from our own. We highly recommend this property. ”
