“We had a wonderful little getaway on the rodeo acreage. Surrounded by horses, donkeys, groundhogs, and goats. It was exactly what we needed. A very relaxing never look at the clock kind of break from reality. Recharged for sure ! Highly recommend, thank you”

“The house was very nice and the neighborhood was good. The only thing I think I’d change is the beds need to be higher off the ground. The beds were laying on the ground and for a disabled person it’s pretty difficult to get up. But with that said it’s a wonderful little house and worth the money.”

“We enjoyed our six-night stay very much. The house is beautifully renovated while still retaining its charm. It was fun cooking, eating, and playing Uno in the farmhouse kitchen, and the back yard was nice for our nephew to kick a soccer ball around. The scenery is lovely, with large hills in front and behind, and the location, about halfway between Watkins Glen and Corning, worked out well for us. Barb and BJ were very accommodating, and we had a nice time visiting with them and their herd……

“the photos don't do this place justice! This place is so beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was so warm and the bed was super comfy. The pool table definitely has been loved so be careful when using it. ”

“Cozy home in quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Close to Corning, Watkins Glen, and Watkins Glen International. Well supplied.”

“My whole family stayed for my wedding in Mansfield. We absolutely loved the houses. We did rent both. We had a fire and an an amazing moon rose over the backyard. The rooms were lovely and kitchen facility was perfect for oyr group to get together for breakfast and lunch before the wedding.”
