“Dragonfly Cottage was the perfect spot for our Christmas getaway. If you’re over 6’5” this May not be the place for you given some of the low ceilings. The cottage was charming and I would stay again. ”

We absolutely love the property, the home is stunning and it sits on such a beautiful piece of land. The home was exceptionally clean and my son loved that there was a piano there where he could play his music. The new fire pit is absolutely amazing, we lit fires each night even though it got pretty cold outside. It’s the only home to rent if you want to stay in this part of Sullivan County.……

“Although clearly an older home, the property was clean and with appropriate updates. Bathroom was a tad compact, but the bed more than made up for it. Location was perfect.”

“This place was perfect for a quick trip to the finger lakes. Central to some great hikes nearby. The downtown was within walking distance. And Don was quick on the draw with any questions we had. The space itself was comfortable and very clean. The beds were super comfy. I will for sure book again when we come back. ”

“We took a nice scenic drive up to the lodge. We fell in love as soon as we drove up the driveway. The deer and squirrels were eating and the sun was setting over the mountains. Once inside we noticed right away that this place is well taken care of. Lots of detail with the decor and very clean. We enjoyed the PA Grand Canyon and Wellsboro. ”

“This property is new and clean. We were happy with the flexibility of the host and the comfort of the home. The only downside, as others have mentioned, was the nasty sulfur smell of the water. It also has a slimy feel. If you can get past that, the place is perfect! Rich is responsive to questions and was flexible with our needs as we were bringing a baby for the holiday weekend. . ”

“Great place for some peace and quiet. Loved watching all the different birds that come to the pond. The fishing was excellent! My son and I caught over 50 Bass during our stay. It was a blast.”
