“We had a great stay at this property in Demorest, GA. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with easy parking just a few feet from the front door. Check-in was a breeze, and the location in peaceful downtown Demorest was perfect for exploring the scenic North Georgia mountains. We did have a small issue with the water heater at first, but the owner responded immediately and resolved it quickly—hot showers for the rest of the trip! Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay again.”

“This was a building the owner apparent divided into 4 rentals. The unit was very tidy and spacious enough for 2. The shower was nice. The kitchen was fine. The decorating was fairly modern. HVAC worked well. Shower above average. Washer/dryer perfect and newer. The area has a Publix and Walmart nearby. There is an Olive Garden walkable (1 minute). The exterior is a bit run down. Only downside was adjacent unit noise. The joist system transmitted sound. ”

“We were looking for a night away near a disc golf course for my husband to play in GA within 3 hours of Charlotte. We drove to Toccoa, had a fabulous lunch at R&R Terminal then a round of disc golf at Rose Lane Course. I’ll add this is a great complex with several playgrounds for kids. We then drive 20 mins to our quaint little stay in Demorest. Cute and clean studio. We ate dinner at Chicagos Pizza about 2 miles away. A great weekend away and the studio was perfect! Very clean and comfortable!”

“Adorable little cabin, I booked last minute for 2 nights. The cabin was perfect price was nice. Had 1 minor issue, which was resolved very quickly and I was very happy with my stay. Mr. Perrin was very nice and quick to resolve my issue. I had an amazing stay and will book again next time I'm in the area. ”

“This place was everything I hoped for and more! Great location. The view is stunning! This is a gorgeous property with everything, and I mean everything, you would want to feel like home.
