“Lisa was beyond kind, helpful and prompt with replies to the few questions we had. She offered info beyond the advertised items, like the falls just down the road. My family was so pleased with everything. They were amazed at the home and the grounds. We all had a great time together enjoying the fire pit and the wall of windows overlooking the slow moving river. An all around great experience !! ”

"Dear [BW] Team, I stayed at your hotel on May 12, 2025, with a reservation made through HOTELS.COM. At the time of booking, I used one credit card, but a different card was used at check-in. As a result, I have been charged twice for the same stay. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue. My credit card company has already billed me for both charges.
