“Excellent location by the Gondola. Very clean and modern space. A couple of minor things I didn’t realize but not deal breakers: there are many free shuttles and buses but the property drivers have a cost. The property cleaners do not come in and clean daily like a hotel as it is a private property. The kitchen could use more baking tools, pots and kitchen knives. But overall, an excellent deal for the location, cost and amenities at Beaver Creek. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Loved our stay at the Minturn Haus. Beds were very comfortable and the spaciousness and ceiling height made us feel at home. Very large dining room table but small kitchen. We elected to eat out with so many food options through the area. The wine theme of the apartment resonated with us but sure wish the wine bar downstairs was still in business. Everything was exactly as described and we would stay here again with pleasure. Thanks!”

“Property manager was excellent, wry prompt in answering any questions we had. Can’t beat the location for skiing, walk outside, put on your skies and ride down 10 seconds to the lift. The condo was perfect size for our family of 5. Would stay here again.”

“Location is great. If you're looking for a place to just sleep and shower I would highly recommend it. Pictures make it look nicer than it is in reality. The renovation was definitely done on a budget and there were some questionable decisions made”
